This course is intended for people who had the basic vibration concepts and wish to take a step further towards mastering vibration analysis. The trainees will have more details on signal processing and additional and advanced analysis techniques including: time waveform, phase analysis, orbital analysis and shaft centerline analysis. Furthermore, structural testing concepts including cross-channel measurements, ODS and modal analysis will be demonstrated comprehensively. In addition to the diagnosis of the common machinery faults, the trainees will have more information on machine dynamics (natural frequencies, resonance, mode shapes, etc.) and how to perform proper measurements, corrections and control of structural problems.
